“The house is our favourite for Langebaan. Very well laid out and equipped. Lovely quiet wind sheltered back garden with trees. Indoor outdoor braai area is great. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Short walk down a side path to the beach. Mel and Simon were great hosts and really went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

"Perfect Langebaan Getaway"
We had a wonderful weekend at Sandpipers. Melanie was an excellent host. The location was great, a few meters walk to the lagoon. The house is open with lots on light entering though the windows from all sides. A favourite was the outside shower and the morning bird calls. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and all opened to a wonderfully green and peaceful garden setting. The house was well equipped and had a lovey chilled BBQ area. Perfect for dual living as each bedroom had private entrances which led off the garden. Lovely beach views from the living area. Langebaan is a perfect weekend getaway village - Kitesurfing and other water sports, restaurants and quaint shops. It is short drive from Cape Town - Sandpipers is highly recommended - we will definitely be back.

Very spacious and beautifully furnished self-catering accommodation in the heart of Langebaan. Well-equipped kitchen and open plan living area - ideal for the whole family! Easy access to restaurants and the beach. Our host, Melanie, was very friendly and attentive to our holiday needs. We will definitely revisit Sandpipers in the near future.

“Staying at Melanie’s place in December was absolutely amazing!

The interior is modern, the view is great and it’s perfect for late nights at the braai. The rooms are comfortable and neat. Melanie, as a host, is quite great. She is good at communicating and assisted us whenever we needed her help. My family and I will definitely be returning to Langebaan.”

Thank you so much again for the awesome stay, Melanie

“We had such a great stay in this beautiful house in Langebaan, there are some really great places to hang out. Great braai veranda & fire pit in the garden & relaxing views sitting in the lounge, The house has everything you need & a lot of small personal touches. The locking system is great not having to have keys. Also awesome having an outdoor shower & close to the beach. Mel is an organized & very considerate host!”

“Langebaan is one of my favorite places in the Western Cape. As you arrive there is a sense of relaxation that is only enhanced by the house! The easy-going, Friday-every-day feeling that you get when you walk into the house is amazing! What more could you possibly ask for in a beach holiday? The deck and braai area are completely sheltered from the prevailing wind, so even if the wind is howling you can still enjoy the sun in the garden at the back. Highly recommend this little spot, perfect location and perfect position.”
